The Lady Mustangs fell to 0-3 this season after suffering a 10-0 loss to Wayne Tuesday night. Davis County had just two hits offensively in the game.
Davis County returns to Action Saturday in the Centerville Tournament. Action begins at 10 a.m. in Centerville.

Davis County returns to action Thursday hosting Fort Madison in a varsity doubleheader. Action begins at 5:30 p.m.
The Lady Mustangs dropped to 0-2 on the season after being swept in a doubleheader at Fairfield Monday night. Fairfield beat Davis County 10-0 in the first game and 12-2 in the second.
Davis County returns to action Tuesday night hosting Wayne of Corydon. Action begins at 5:30 p.m. with the junior varsity game. The varsity game will follow.
The Mustang baseball team opened its season Monday night with a 12-0 loss to Twin Cedars in five innings.
Twin Cedars scored three in the first and rallied for eight in the fourth on their way to the victory.

Addie McKee finished fifth and Ally McClure finished eighth in the 800-meters during Saturday morning’s session of the Iowa State Track meet in Des Moines.
Kassidy Sharp finished third in the 100-meter hurdles.
As a team, the Davis County girls finished seventh overall with 34.75 points.
